At Overeaters Anonymous, there is no emphasis on diets, exercise, scales or quick-fix solutions. Instead, we provide a valuable resource that is far greater – a 12-step program based on shared experiences, inner strength, and hope. Our community allows us to overcome compulsive eating and other food-related behaviours on a daily basis.
There are no dues or fees.
We are self-supporting through our own contributions as defined by our 7th Tradition.
